Wholesale order deadline pushed back to May 15

Just thought we'd give our retailers a little more time to order, given all the craziness out there. Reminder that there's basically no risk to putting in an order with us, since we don't collect payment until just prior to glove delivery in October. You can always modify/cancel beforehand!
